The view is great! However, the service is terrible. Not only did they give our meal to another table but when they made the new meal, we got half way through to find the chicken was raw! No refund was offered. Dirty plates still on tables. Won’t waste the time to drive there again.
The service was rushed and diners at some tables were forgotten, it was hot and the air-conditioning was not going, food was dropped on a diner . It was a bit of a let down, the venue is beautiful they just have to get a better service plan. The people who were serving were trying very hard.
Great Friday night at the Forrest Beach Hotel, the live music was brilliant and created such a fun atmosphere. The meals were huge, cooked perfectly and very well priced. Highly recommend!

Did road trip from Townsville for lunch very disappointing indeed the food was fantastic fresh coral trout an crumbed mackerel the bar service was disgraceful the tables had plates everywhere whilst staff just stood around went to the pokie room 6 machines and 3 not working !! Nobody cleared the errors or payments what a poorly run hotel
My partner and I had lunch. Good menu choice at good prices. Good was delicious. Dined outside overlooking park and beach. Very nice. Staff professional and helpful.
Great local pub just a few klm out from Ingham, well worth a day trip from Townsville, so welcoming almost felt we had just come home from an extended trip.
